Hello! I am happy to introduce myself to you as the Gifted and Talented Language Arts Teacher for Eisenhower Middle School. I have been teaching language arts since 1993. I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Education in Communications and a Master of Education in Gifted Education. In my middle school GT classes, we cover a minimum of the state content standards for that grade level with a text that is at or above the grade level. It is a rigorous curriculum meant to stretch the students to their learning potential and prepare them for success in further education endeavors.
