This program (the third of three in the series) will put the lessons learned into context and answer the age-old question, "Why are we studying this?"  We will explore the post-secondary programs available in our region that lead directly to employment.

Speakers include:
- Jessica Ford will discuss the Lucas County Commissioners' "College Coach" program
- Greg Guzman, Herzing University, will discuss their SAP training program
- A representative from Northwest State to talk about a recent grant award to provide workforce retraining in the telemarketing industry
- Brad Rowe, SSOE Group, will dicuss their Engineer For A Day program and high school and college internships
- A representative from Owens Community College to discuss the new dual-enrollment program with Penta
